How does the free trial work?
Add your mark and we check the last 90 days of filings straight away, free. To keep watching, choose a plan and enter a card: for 14 days we watch 1 mark every day for free. If you cancel before day 14, we don't charge you. Otherwise the plan you chose starts, with its full number of marks.
Why do you ask for a card up front?
So the watch carries on without a gap when the trial ends. Deadlines don't pause, and a lapse in watching is when a filing gets missed. You can cancel from Settings at any time during the trial.
Is there a free plan?
No. The trial is free, and after that plans start at $99 a year for one mark.
Yearly or monthly?
Either. Yearly works out about 23% cheaper. Most weeks there's nothing to report, which is the watch working, so most people pick yearly.
What counts as a mark?
One name you want watched, with the classes it covers. Watching BRIGHTPATH and BRIGHT PATH APP counts as two.
Can I change plans?
Yes, from Settings, at any time. Stripe works out the difference for the rest of your billing period.
How do I cancel?
From Settings, in a couple of clicks. Your plan runs until the end of the period you've paid for.
What happens when a plan ends?
We stop watching and email you to say so. Your marks and past matches stay in your account, paused, and we start watching again when you start a new plan.
